Terms of Service
Key terms for online valuations and vehicle purchases.
Valuations
Online or telephone valuations are estimates based on information supplied by the seller and are not binding purchase offers unless expressly confirmed. Any final price is subject to inspection, verification of the vehicle, its history, condition and documentation.
Seller responsibilities
You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have authority to sell it, provide accurate information, disclose known faults or damage and tell us about any outstanding finance or other interest in the vehicle.
Documentation and checks
We may require identification, proof of address, V5C documentation and other information reasonably required to verify ownership and complete the transaction.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed when the purchase is confirmed. Bank transfer may be subject to normal banking systems and anti-fraud checks.
Collection
Collection availability depends on location, vehicle condition and access. Where recovery is required, this should be disclosed before the collection is arranged.
Changes and cancellation
We may amend or withdraw a valuation where vehicle details differ from those supplied or verification raises an issue. You are not obliged to proceed unless and until you agree the final transaction.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
